Personal Statement

As we know that the English is a worldwide language and second language in the UAE, so it’s so important that we have to understand and speaking English completely and fluently. So that responsible people in the UAE about Education did put very strike rules for the leaning English in schools and Universities. And at HCT, which is one of the best Colleges in the UAE, they do have different courses to teach English and how to commination. The course that I studied in this semester called Professional Communications (LSEC N307). This course is about how to communicate with people in your profession, for example how to make a perfect CV for job application. Writing a perfect CV is very important because it give your reflection to the peoples who you want to work with, and part of the CV is a Cover latter which you write to the supervisor or to the manager of the ministries, and telling them about your self that what your experience and what is you specialize. Another good thing about this course is, it’s improving your skills in many things for example how to make a professional presentation. There are some basic and small things that can make your presentation from night to happy dream, for example just using bullet points instated of writing hole paragraph. Also we learn how to use body language while presenting information to the people. Way of presenting is also very important; it’s give a great imprison about your knowledge. Learning communication is one of the important things in your life, because the life after College or University is very difficult, no one will be there to help you to prove your self. You have to do it by your own, and let to know others about your advantage and things that nobody can do it except you. and from my own opinion i do learn a lot from this course it help me to improve my skill also lit me depend on my self.
